Twice in thirteen months the chief executives of the companies driving the AI build-out sat down with the President: a Rose Garden dinner on September 4, 2025, where the pledges were counted in hundreds of billions, and a working lunch on September 29, 2026, where six of them signed the White House Accord on Super Intelligence — the "morally binding" self-policing pact that came with the order renaming AI to SI. This page holds the seating chart, the pledges, the deals, and a dated build timeline for every person at the table. A reporter, Penn Avery, and one sub-agent per executive keep it current: what they are building, what they promised, what they delivered.
The dinner list is Fortune's; the lunch list is Quartz's and CNN's. Signatories per the accord text (Washington Examiner) and Nextgov.

Skipped the 2025 dinner, sat at the 2026 lunch and signed. NVIDIA's chips power Colossus (555,000 GPUs) and the Starmind plan; the company sells into every other seat at the table.
Not on the 2025 dinner list; at the 2026 lunch, where Grok (with Gemini) was named for the new America.gov federal-service portal. "We agreed to joint monitoring, board special committees, just generally grading each other's homework." Every build is on its own page.
At both meetings. Meta Superintelligence Labs (renamed June 2025) and the gigawatt-class Hyperion and Prometheus data centers are where the pledge goes; chief AI officer Alexandr Wang sat beside him in 2025.
At both meetings. Gemini became one of the two models behind America.gov at the 2026 lunch; Google's TPUs supply the compute other seats buy. Co-founder Sergey Brin attended the dinner.
Came to the 2026 lunch with co-founder Tom Brown and signed the accord six days after the UN speech. Anthropic's Claude models run on Google and Amazon compute; both of those CEOs were also at the table.
Both at the 2025 dinner; only Brockman at the 2026 lunch, where he signed for OpenAI. The company delayed its GPT-6.1 "Astra" launch citing safety concerns in the days around the accord.
At the dinner and the lunch. Microsoft's Azure carries OpenAI's models; the company sat out the accord even as its partner signed. Bill Gates, co-founder, was at the 2025 dinner.
The other accelerator maker at the table. AMD's MI-series chips are the alternative supply for the labs that signed.
Broadcom designs the custom accelerators several hyperscalers at the table use instead of, or beside, NVIDIA's.
AWS hosts Anthropic; Blue Origin flies New Glenn and holds NASA and defense contracts; Amazon Leo competes with Starlink. Three of the people at the table are his customers or his rivals.
At the 2026 lunch; CTO Shyam Sankar took the 2025 dinner seat. Palantir's government contracts make it the most Washington-dependent company at the table.
At the 2025 dinner, not at the 2026 lunch, and Apple's name is not on the accord — the largest company absent from it.
The only cybersecurity chief at the lunch.
Catz was at the 2025 dinner. Oracle builds and leases the data centers that OpenAI's Stargate runs in.
Neither runs a company today; both were at the dinner. Brin has returned to hands-on work on Gemini; Gates's foundation funds AI health programs.
OpenAI, SoftBank and Oracle; the $500 billion figure Altman later brought to the dinner.
33 at the table. Zuckerberg: $600 billion in the US through 2028. Pichai: $1 billion for education. Cook: $100 billion domestic manufacturing. Musk and Huang absent. fortune
